This is George, he is 10 years old and we live in Colne. He suffers with respiratory problems along with other medical illnesses and difficulties and has spent some time in and out of the children's ward since being a baby, where he has direct open access due to continuous illness, He also visits Alderhey children's hospital on a regular basis and his consultants and nurses at Burnley, Blackburn and Accrington. Even though he's been poorly himself he started fundraising when he was just 5 years old, as he was worried and upset about the other poorly children being left out at Easter, if they were in hospital like him, he asked if he could sell some of his own toys to get money to spend on easter eggs, so since we have done yearly fundraising and we are please asking for donations for George to put towards buying easter treats that will then be taken to ELHT&Me at the hospital and handed out to local children on the ward who unfortunately have to spend easter poorly in hospital.
