Diyana has always loved the mental health field, but became frustrated by the communication breakdowns between patients, family members, and professionals. Together with Igomene Joseph, who created the FPS Technique, they set out to help relieve conflicts, resentment, anger, and emotional pain and suffering for families, youth, recovery communities, schools, churches, and underserved populations.
Their movement focuses on teaching healthier communication skills and emotional wellness strategies. By providing school and community presentations, printed workbooks and materials, transportation, workshops, and scholarships for teens in alternative schools, they aim to make a lasting impact on those who need it most. The FPS Technique is designed to empower individuals and families to communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships. Through these efforts, Diyana and Igomene hope to create a ripple effect of positive change that reaches far beyond the initial communities they serve.
Help bring emotional wellness and communication skills to families and communities. All too often, conflicts escalate and make treatment and support harder for families, but Diyana and Igomene are working together to make a difference. Your support will help them reach more people and create positive change.
