Hi, my name is Jordan and I am Justin's sister. I am a single parent of four working a full-time 9:00 to 5:00 job making ends meet. I am making this page to ask for donations to help hire an attorney to fight for Justin to have another chance to make his life right after he went down the wrong path, and got lost and made some bad decisions and is facing 11 years , two of Justin's charges carry an 8-year sentence at 85% and the other three carry a 3-year sentence and the prosecutors want Justin to do 11 years for these charges that have no physical evidence.The prosecutors are going on someone that knew Justin and wanted to point the finger at Justin in order to lessen their sentence that they are facing.

Justin was never arrested and charged or at the scene of any of these crimes he's being accussed of, then weeks later he had a warrant for missing court and was arrested then and after they had someone say Justin did those crimes they then charged him with all of them with no evidenve backing it up, and only going on hear say.

Justin is one of those people that is the funny, outgoing, down-to-earth person that would give his last if it meant helping someone in need. He has always had the biggest heart and the best work ethic. He made mistakes as we all have and the difference is reality of 11 years of his life gone and 11 years of his kids being without their dad has clearly opened his eyes to see he has taken his time with his kids for granite.

I believe my brother deserves to have another chance to right his wrongs and come home to his kids and nieces and nephews and watch them grow up and be a part of his family again.

All donations will go to criminal defense attorney Lauren Fuchs of Memphis TN. She has already looked over his case and will fight for Justin to come home .

The donation goal is 15000 and we have 6400 right now but in order for Lauren to stand with Justin in court on May 6th we have to have 3800 to hand her and the rest she will let me make payments. Any donations big or small will help to reach the goal of 4000 before May 6th.
