Because Caregivers Deserve Care Too.
Caregivers give everything — their time, energy, and love. With your help, we can give back by funding free psychological consultations, offering them the relief and support they so deeply need.

The very first free consultation has already taken place.
A caregiver who hadn’t had a moment for themselves in a very long time was finally able to sit down with a psychologist. For one hour, they experienced real relief, understanding, and support.
We want to make this possible for many more caregivers.
For the past 10 years, my work has focused on supporting people living with dementia and their families — through volunteering in care homes, creating sensory tools, publishing practical guides, and co-running healthhand.co.uk with friends.
Now, we are taking the next step: providing free psychological consultations for caregivers.
£10 helps bring us closer to the next session.
£45 funds a full consultation — a true gift of rest and relief for a caregiver in need.
Your donation makes it possible for someone who gives so much to finally take a breath, feel supported, and restore their strength.
Join us in giving caregivers the care they need.
