She's a Foster-Care Survivor and Needs a Safe Car

We've been helping a young lady (17)  who is a survivor of the California Foster Care program. She needs a reliable car to drive because, at present, she has a 1999 Corolla that is unsafe at any speed. She is graduating soon, emerging from a difficult childhood—and a corrupt Foster-Care program. She has had no familial support. I want to get this earnest and cheerful young lady into a safe car—with brakes, a hood latch, doors that work, and an engine that does not emit startling black clouds. Thanks.
