I’m David Morris, the newly appointed incumbent of St Mark’s Church, Caia Park, Wrexham.

The church has recently had an £850,000 refurbishment, which included an extension to create a new kitchen and toilet area, a new roof and heating system, making it a modern community facility to serve the Caia Park community for the next 60 years of its life.

The refurb is looking wonderful, however, there are a number of key finishing touches still to complete, including some floor coverings in the storage spaces, signage and external landscaping. Naturally, building costs mount up and it’s important we help this crucial community facility reach its full potential.

This is an 40th birthday fundraiser and ideally I’d like to raise £4,000, £1,000 for every decade of my life.
