Forever Coach Shaun

This week, our community lost an incredible husband, father, coach, and friend. Shaun Boyce passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind his beloved wife Staci and their two children, Adalynn and Ethan.

Shaun was the heart of our baseball family. He was a coach who gave his all, not just during games but in every moment he spent mentoring, planning, and showing up for others. Whether it was cheering from the baseline calling out, “Come see me down here!” or giving the kids a pep talk before heading onto the field, he had a gift for making every kid feel like a big leaguer. His impact on Triple Play Academy, Riverside Little League, and the entire Billings baseball community is immeasurable.

Shaun loved fiercely. He beamed with pride over his family. He was always sneaking over to the bleachers to greet Staci with a quick “Hi babe” before games. He celebrated every win, big or small, alongside his two kids. He lived to pour into our youth and embraced every family he became connected with, making it a point to show up for every game, every family, every player who needed him.

Now, it’s our turn to show up for him!

Any contribution, big or small, will help lift the financial burden for Staci, Adalynn, and Ethan as they face this unimaginable loss and allow them the space to grieve and heal.
