Forest Creatures 5 Collective Campout Fundraiser

Happening July 13th - 17th, Forests Creatures is a 100% volunteer-based gathering. Without a ticketing system, fundraising is how our consumables can be covered. We expect to use plenty of gas and propane to fuel our generators for the three stages and kitchen. Plenty of food to fuel us all and at least $900 in porta potty rental costs.

The amount of funds we will need to manage the listed items will significantly depend on our turnout. If we raise more than we need, the extra funds will be allocated to grants for Forest Creatures 6.

 

 

Remember that donations are just one part of our ability to make this happen. Volunteering, bringing your creativity, art projects, and friends is a major part of making this dream a reality.

 

Donations through gofundme.com will significantly help. You can also make cash donations at the welcome tent. Besides having financial support, donations of goods and water to the camp kitchen will be greatly appreciated.

 

Over the years, we’ve received donated items that have helped create the experience we’ve all come to enjoy. The Dome, Tents, lights, extensions cords, and gas cans, to name a few, have been donated to us by our amazing community. If you have something you feel may bring the community joy and you would like us to have it feel free to bring it if it’s small and reach out if it’s on the larger size.

We have established Starlight Reunion as a 501c3 Not for profit. All our finances will be fully transparent and available upon request. Donations can be used as a tax write-off, whether fiscal or goods. We greatly appreciate your support and patience as this dream of a gathering continues to grow.
