**FOR THE MILES. FOR THE SMILES. FOR THE LIVES.**
This is bigger than me.
What started as a simple decision—to make one new person smile each day—became something much greater. Through pain, growth, prayer, and purpose, God put a calling on my heart:
**Use what you love most in service of others—not just yourself.**
For most of my life, fitness has been personal.
It’s been about my goals.
My growth.
My discipline.
My challenge.
But I realized something:
**What if the thing I love most was never meant to be kept for myself—
what if it was meant to become a vehicle to serve others?**
That’s what this is.
So on **New Year’s Day 2027**, I will attempt to run **100 miles nonstop** to raise awareness and funds for **men’s depression and suicide prevention**.
Because too many men are suffering in silence.
Too many men are carrying weight they never speak on.
Too many men feel alone in battles they were never meant to fight alone.
My 10-year mission is simple:
**Help save lives.**
**Help men speak up.**
**Help reduce the suicide rate.**
**Help men know there is hope.**
This is for the men still fighting.
For the men hanging on by a thread.
For the men who forgot what joy feels like.
For the men who need one reason to keep going.
If this movement reaches **one man** before he makes a permanent decision in a temporary storm
**we’ve already won.**
This is only the beginning.
