For the Love of My Children

 My RIGHTS to see me children are slipping away and I NEED your HELP!
My wife and I are getting a divorce after being together over ten years. Because I'm not the biological parent and the laws aren't established yet to fight my case I am at risk of not being able to see my children. I won't have the RIGHT to talk to them on the phone, be there when they get hurt, celebrate their achievments, all of the things that are easily taken for granted but cherished.
 Because the laws aren't established yet, this is a groundbreaking case and can become very expensive.
  I love my children VERY, VERY much. Until the seperation I have not spent more than a few nights away from them... It breaks my heart to be limited to minutes on the phone and a few days every other month. But even that is bareable given that these precious moments are slipping away if I cant't afford to fight this. Anyone who sees us together can see the joy and love that we share.  
  Our oldest son had just turned two when we got together and a few years later we had our second child, together. We'd talked about me adopting them, but never thought that there would be a possibility that I wouldn't get to see my kids.
  Now because of how the divorce papers are written, the RIGHTS to see my children are in jeopardy. Through the ten plus years of the marriage, I have been THE constant parent to my children and supported my military wife through deployments, overseas duties, many weeks of training and nights away from home.
 Since the agreement to divorce, I've asked to legally adopt the children outside of court, but my wife hasn't granted me this, so its hard to trust that visitation would be given if not court ordered...

Please help me to raise funds and help others by opening the doors for rights of non-biological children..
