For the love of Amelia and the Marsh family

Amelia was a bright light to all who knew her. Amelia was so loved in our community. Many of us watched her grow up into a beautiful, kind, 11- year-old girl who loved performing with the Golden Chain Theater. All who knew her loved her and felt joy in her presence. She was inseparable from her little sister, Alania, and her brothers Jase, Tanner, and Aiden. She loved her family fiercely.

On Saturday, May 4th, the Marsh family experienced the unimaginable when on the way to the trampoline park, a tragic car accident occurred, taking the life of their precious Amelia at the scene. The accident also caused critical injuries to her mother Andrea, her brother Jase, and her sister Alania. The amazing teams at both Children's Hospital and Community Regional Medical Center are working hard to help them recover and reunite them with Amelia's dad Chuck and brothers Tanner and Aiden.

Chuck is self-employed and is unable to work as he is recovering as well and is needed by his children's sides as they are in the hospital. He will also need to help and support Andrea and the children when they are finally released to recover at home.

The Marsh family is loved and respected throughout our mountain community and has given so much joy to others around them. There are still many unknowns on the difficult road ahead, and costs will be ongoing for the foreseeable future. As a lifelong friend, I wanted to share this information with all who love Amelia and the Marsh family so as a community, we can come together and surround them with the love and support that they need. If you are able, please help Amelia and her family during this heartbreaking time. All funds raised will go to medical expenses, funeral costs, and many other needs as the family begins to heal.
