For the Family of Valerie Buckousis

Valerie L. Buckousis, 41, passed away peacefully and surrounded by love on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton. She devoted over 20 years of her life working for the Bright Horizons Child Development Centers, most recently located in Lawrenceville, NJ. Her love and dedication for her job, and all of the children, families, and coworkers she encountered was unmistakable. In fact, she was the first person many of us interacted with when we toured the daycare facilities, called with questions about daily activities, or dropped off/picked up our children every day.

Val was a beloved friend and co-worker, and processing her loss has been difficult for many to comprehend. Above all else, she was proud of her family, especially her 2 sons: Bradley Buckousis and Mason Hutchins.

Many parents have reached out asking if there is a way we can help to support Bradley and Mason during this tough time. All funds collected will go directly to them.
