In December, we said goodbye to our dear friend and colleague, Roger DalCastello. Roger was an integral part of our work lives and we want to share in remembering the remarkable person he was and continue to keep his spirit alive.

Those of you who worked closely with Roger will know he an amazing AE and an even more amazing friend and family man. Words like, integrity, diligence, care, love for family, fun and style, don’t do justice to all that Roger was.

Roger leaves behind his loving parents, his devoted wife, Carmen, and his two young sons, Jake and Hudson, who were the light of his life. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him.

We've already shared our deepest condolences with Carmen, Jake and Hudson and Workday has provided amazing support to the family. Now, we want to offer an additional level of care from his extended work family. We've created this GoFundMe campaign to provide ongoing support for Carmen and the boys as they continue to navigate life without Roger. We're raising funds to contribute towards:

• Educational support for Jake and Hudson: To ensure they can pursue their dreams and honour Roger’s commitment to their future.

• Ongoing support for the family: To help with any unforeseen needs that may arise in the coming months.

• Creating opportunities for positive experiences: To help the family create new memories as they heal.

We want to show Carmen, Jake and Hudson, that even though time has passed, our support remains unwavering. Let's keep Roger’s light shining by helping his family build a brighter future.
