The Hardest Mile for Rob Dog

On Saturday 29th November, our Boot Camp crew are taking on The Hardest Mile in honour of our good mate, Rob Dog. Rob’s been facing Parkinson’s with his trademark determination (and still managing to outwork most of us in Boot Camp). We wanted to do something small to show him some love — to raise a bit of money so he can take his wife out for a nice meal, or maybe enjoy a little trip away with the kids.

Now, if you know Rob, you’ll know he absolutely hates a fuss… which of course makes us want to make one even more. So if you can spare a few quid — the price of a coffee, a pint, or whatever you can manage — we’d really appreciate it. Every little bit will go straight towards giving Rob and his family a chance to relax, have fun, and make some special memories together.
