For my Mom Nina

I am Tim Bowden and son of Larry and Nina Bowden in Fairbury. I actually never thought I would make a gofundme, mostly because I feel some people seem to abuse the kindness of others with them. I have donated to them on plenty of occasions, and know why they exist. It is truly heartwarming to see people come together and help others in their time of need. My Mother Nina Bowden recently had a stroke and is still currently in the ICU in Peoria. My dad has been by her side the whole time. She is going to have a long road of recovery with many many months of physical therapy to regain what she lost with the stroke. That is best case scenario. She also might never regain much and never work again. My dad is retired and on a fixed income, and my mom was still working at Selig in Forrest until she could draw social security in a few years. My mom’s income is what made sure they could navigate this expensive world with rising costs at every turn. She undoubtedly will not work for a long while or if ever again. Anything you can give to will help make sure my dad can keep traveling back and forth to the hospital to be with her at the very least. If you know my parents they are selfless and always helped anyone they could, including me and my family in 2022 when we needed it. I pray my mom makes it back on her feet and can continue to live her best life with my dad long into her golden years. Thank you so much for helping out my family. ❤️
