Hi,
Madhu Pillai was from the second batch of RAIT (1984-1988 batch) and was classmates with the likes of Mr. Vijay Patil and Mr. Shankar Mahadevan. He lost his life to heart disease very prematurely. His family ( Wife and 2 Young Daughters) is in financial difficulty and is in urgent need of funds. All throughout our illustrious history, the RAIT Alumni has been an incredible source of support to its fellow members.
This is the day we all come together and join hands to help one of our own.
Here's Madhu's story -
Madhu hailed from a modest middle-class family who unfortunately lost his own father during his engineering days. Yet the family pulled through with hard work and he and he graduated college and went on to build a career in music in Dubai. He raised a family there with two daughters. His wife is a homemaker.
All his life's hardships did not break his spirit. Madhu was a kind-hearted man who valued his friends and family immensely. From the earliest college days to the most recent years, he was always there to help friends when they needed help.
With his life lost, their family's journey to financial independence has remained incomplete. We as fellow alumni can do our part in ensuring that his children can have a decent life and his wife can be cared for in retirement.
Any contribution large or small will help. You can state your name, or donate anonymously.
Let's help a fellow-RAITian and continue this tradition of care and camaraderie.
Thank you in advance for your very valuable contribution.
Team Madhu Pillai.
