For Kira Supporting Her Family Through Heartbreak
Donation protected

Hi, my name is Chloe and I’m Kira Conway’s little sister.
On May 3rd we lost our heartbeat and light.
Kira passed away suddenly from a pulmonary embolism. 1 moment she was curled up in bed next to her husband Mark and the next she was gone. Her final words were, “I feel funny,” before she quietly laid her head back on her pillow. No pain. No fear. Just a peaceful goodbye that came far too soon.
And now we’re left here, heartbroken, confused, and trying to understand how the world keeps turning without her in it.
To the world, Kira was a light. Someone who lit up every room she walked into. She had this contagious energy, this fierce loyalty, and a laugh that made you forget your worries. She didn’t just show up for people, she saw them. Truly saw them. Whether she was dancing in the kitchen with her girls, giving advice you didn’t know you needed, or walking into a room full of strangers and somehow knowing half of them, Kira brought colour, connection, and comfort.
She was inclusive and magnetic. spirited and soft in heart.
To many, she was a friend, a cheerleader, someone to look up to.
But to me, she was my Sissy. My other half. The one who could read my mind with just a glance. She called me out when I needed it, loved me when I didn’t deserve it, and always brought me back to who I really was. We laughed until we cried, fought like sisters do, and somehow always ended up side by side.
I’d give anything to hear her say, “Fix your face” one more time.
I miss her. I love her a million green M&Ms. And I’m not mad at her, I’m just mad that time didn’t tell us it was running out.
Kira leaves behind three beautiful daughters, Bayleigh, Maddisyn, and Ellyanah, and her devoted husband Mark. This GoFundMe has been created to support them through this unimaginable loss. Your donation will help ease the financial burden of this tragedy, allowing Mark to take time off work, be present for his girls, and honour Kira’s legacy in the way she deserves.
If you can spare anything at all, thank you. Your support means the world to us and will help ensure that the love Kira gave so freely continues to wrap around her girls as they grow.
Kira, our sunshine, our rainbow, our green M&M, your light will never fade. We’ll carry your heart with us, always.
With all my love
Chloe
all money raised will go to Mark and his 3 beautiful girls, allowing them time to find there new normal as they navigate this very hard and difficult time.
