Hello my name is joe speaking on behave of Josh’s brother Jerek , Josh unfortunately has passed away Monday February 24th , this is his phone we are using to post this . We are looking for a final cost of 850.00 due to both boys being on social security . The funds will be used for an urn at 26 dollars plus tax , the death certificate costing 20 plus tax and the obituary costing 20 dollars plus tax . The state will pay 750 for cremation and the family is responsible for the remainder 750 for the cremation .Total of the cost will be 66 dollars plus tax and for certificate,obituary,and urn. Total of 816.00 plus cost of whatever go fundme taxes , so we are asking for 850.00.
