For Caden in Memory of Eric Redinger
Donation protected
On July 28, 2019 we lost our dear son, brother and friend, Eric in a motorcycle accident. Eric's unvarnished, infectious love and passion for everything in his life touched the hearts of everyone he met in the short 34 years of his life. His zeal was tempered by a patient, gentle, loving soul; he gave something positive to everyone he met; he saw and drew out the good in everyone. Eric's passion drove him to move through his days with a thoroughness, determination and speed that was extraordinary. Eric would certainly have agreed with the description that one of his friends ascribed to him: "I would rather be ashes, than dust; the function of man is to live, not to exist; I shall not spend my days trying to prolong them; I shall use them." That he did! He is not gone, but rests in the ever-acting love that resides in the hearts of each of us who knew him.
Above all else, Eric loved his family and his 15 month old son, Caden whose mother, Amanda will see to it that Caden will know his father as the hero that he was; strong, patient, steadfast. Caden's innocent, pure love, his persistence, his smile, his body, his constant motion will remind us forever of the source of those traits.
We have established this fund to help replace Eric's financial contribution to his son.
