Assalamu alaikum, my name is Omar Kassim, and I am from the UK. For several years, I have been raising funds to support vulnerable and displaced families in Yemen, who are struggling due to war and famine. This year, my brother Mohammed Kassim will be in Yemen personally delivering aid to families in need.

Who We’re Helping

This year, we are focusing on helping vulnerable and displaced families in Damt and Sanaa. Many of these families are facing extreme hardship, including chronic illness, disabilities, and mental health challenges.

How the Funds Will Be Sent

The funds will be transferred directly to trusted individuals in Yemen, who will distribute the aid to the intended families. This ensures that donations go straight to those in need without unnecessary delays or costs.

How Your Donations Will Be Used

Your contributions will provide essential food parcels. We aim to reach as many families as possible. Depending on the size of the family we will aim to deliver the following:

£20 Food Parcel includes:

• 10kg flour

• 5kg sugar

• 5kg rice

• 1.5L oil

• 2kg dates

• 4 packs spaghetti

• 3 packs vermicelli

£25 Food Parcel includes:

•22.5kg flour

• 5kg sugar

• 5kg rice

• 3L oil

• 3kg dates

£40 Food Parcel includes:

• 22.5kg flour

• 10kg sugar

• 10kg rice

• 5L oil

• 3kg dates

• Box of tomato puree

• 4 packs spaghetti

• 3 packs vermicelli

100% of your donation will go to the families - all transfer fees will be covered separately.
