My name is Derin Yigidim, and I’m launching this campaign to help families impacted by the government shutdown. When the shutdown halts the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), millions of Americans lose the ability to afford basic groceries. Families, children, and seniors who depend on this essential support are left facing hunger and uncertainty through no fault of their own.
