This gofundme if for fonz(26) and katie(22) Bennington they are a young couple from bellaire ohio who got married in February of 2024 and have been trying to start their family together sadly their first pregnancy didn’t go as planned and had an unexpected miscarriage after some time to gather theirselves they decided to try again and everything was going great till recently they found out that the baby had chiari 2 malformation of the brain which doesn’t allow fluid to drain properly and will most likely need a shunt upon birth if that wasn’t enough the baby also has two severely clubbed feet from spinal bifida and will most likely need a catho installed and enemas for the rest of her life.

They are trying to do everything they can to try and bring this child into this life and to give it the best life possible and as of 2-7-25 they went under fetal surgery to try and correct some of the spinal bifida but in doing so Katie now has to remain in Cincinnati hospital untill she gives birth so all donations will be for medical bills, travel for fonz so he can visit as much as possible while still continuing to work, and also to try and help replace Katie’s inability to work while she is in the hospital honestly any little thing helps and is extremely appreciated.
