Fondo para ayudar a mi mamá a reemplazar su vehículo :(

Hace unos días, mi mamá sufrió un accidente automovilístico. Gracias que no le pasó nada tan grave, al menos solo requirió usar un collarín para inmovilizar , pero su vehículo quedó con daños importantes. Lo llevó al taller asignado por la aseguradora, confiando en que cubrirían los gastos como corresponde. Sin embargo, después de varios días y prorrogas, le informaron que solo pagarían una parte mínima, bajo el pretexto de que el taller “no puede conseguir las piezas”; sin embargo quieren que ella se haga cargo de los daños y despueees ver si le pagan parte de los gastos.

La cantidad que quieren cubrir no llega ni al 50% del costo real de las piezas, y mucho menos alcanza para la reparación completa del auto. Esto ha sido un golpe muy duro para nosotros, ya que mi mamá es el pilar económico de la familia, y lastimosamente no se da abasto:( : se encarga de la comida, la casa, la educación, luz, agua y todos los demas gastos del hogar.

Al no tener vehículo, nuestros gastos mensuales van en aumento considerablemente, ya que ahora debe buscar otras formas de transporte para poder trabajar y continuar cumpliendo con sus responsabilidades.

Por eso, recurro a esta pagina de solidaridad y al apoyo de quienes puedan y quieran ayudarnos. Cualquier donación, por pequeña que sea, hará una gran diferencia para que mi mamá pueda reparar su vehículo y recuperar un poco de estabilidad.

Fund to help my mom replace her vehicle :(

A few days ago, my mother was in a car accident. Thankfully, nothing serious happened to her—at least she only needed a neck brace—but her vehicle was significantly damaged. She took it to the repair shop assigned by the insurance company, trusting that they would cover the costs accordingly. However, after several days and extensions, they informed her that they would only pay a minimal portion, under the pretext that the shop "can't get the parts." However, they want her to cover the damage and then see if they'll pay part of the costs.

The amount they want to cover doesn't even reach 50% of the actual cost of the parts, let alone the complete repair of the car. This has been a very hard blow for us, since my mother is the economic pillar of the family: she takes care of food, housing, education, and all household expenses.

Without a vehicle, our monthly expenses are increasing considerably, as she now has to find other forms of transportation to be able to work and continue fulfilling her responsibilities.

Therefore, I am turning to this solidarity page and seeking the support of those who are able and willing to help us. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference so my mother can repair her vehicle and regain some stability.
