Folsom Community - Need your help! 

I'm working with our Folsom Homeless Navigator who has identified 6 homeless individuals in Folsom, willing to transition off the street ASAP, to reduce exposure during the COVID-19 situation. I've connected with a local Hotel whose offered severally reduced rates to accommodate these folks for the next 30 days.  In order to do this, we need to  raise $5,500.00.
