I will be joining up with Focus Ireland and walking the Sligo Camino way starting in Drumahair Co Leitrim across into Coolaney Co Sligo a total trek of 36kms.
I will also be incorporating a cycle and will cycle from Birr to Coolaney via Athlone, Roscommon Town, Boyle to Sligo a total of 150kms over a 2 day period.
I will begin the journey on the 30th of June and will complete by the 2nd of July
