SHE MADE IT TO NATIONALS!

Donation protected
TSA (Technology Student Association) is
dedicated to teaching STEAM (science,
technology, engineering, art, and math)
skills to kids and teenagers.
My name is Melissa, and I have been
in this program for a while now. I have
dedicated around 20 extra hours after
school each week to get projects done
and ready for competing against students from many different schools. Our skill set has led us through regional competitions that have earned our placement in statewide events.
At our Washington State competition I ended up placing (winning) in 3 of
my 5 competitive events. Therefore, I have advanced to NATIONALS!!
This is where you can help..
Going to nationals was not in our funding. While Alderwood Middle School has tried their best to come up with ways to help with the rates for us to hold our place, it has sadly fallen short with many students unable to attend. I would like to raise the funds so I don’t miss out on such an experience or any opportunities during this trip to Dallas, TX. Thank you in advance for any donations or sharing of this link. I wholeheartedly appreciate your support as this will follow me into my future with dreams of having a background in engineering. NOT TO MENTION I AM THE ONLY GIRL THAT MADE IT! I have to represent the girls out there! THANKS AGAIN, EVERYONE!
