Friends, as a small interfaith group, we have spent many months praying for a way to rescue from grievous harm a young Afghan mother with small children whose father died trying to get them out of Afghanistan. Now, through a series of seeming miracles, we have an opportunity to bring them to safety in the US. They will be welcomed by loving families dear to us since the early years of the International Community School.
