Please help me, my children were wrongfully taken from me August 29th 2018. My ex husband has a lawyer who is using devious tactics portraying me as an unfit mother. The majority of people who know me, know I'm a healthy loving mother, committed to the well-being of my children. What they are saying is ridiculous and far from the truth.

I am a pediatric registered nurse, working for a school district. I do not make a large amount of income; I am switching my career to better meet the needs of my family. I have little to no family support and am not able to come up with the money alone. My father passed away last year and I do not know where my mother is. My children and I are suffering emotional trauma right now which could last a life time.  

When visiting with my kids they cry for me to help them get back to my house. They continually ask when this will be over. My daughter is now in therapy because of the separation of her mother. She just turned 5 years old in September. Last week, she put her hand over her head and said, "I can't believe my life is so messed up." My son is turning 8 in December, he now has a nervous tick, showing signs of anxiety and he is acting out in school.

I am fighting to retain 50/50 custody of my children. I do have visitation with them but no over night stays. I only see them 9.5 hours a week. 

I was not able to pay for an attorney so I've been representing myself for the last 80+ days. I did request and was awarded a child advocate attorney for my kids but I am in need of my own attorney, as the opposing lawyer is taking advantage of me being without representation.
