Floridana Beach Needs Your Generosity

Our Floridana Beach community needs your support. The funds you contribute here will go directly toward building new amenities within our FBCA beachside community center.

A poll of our community members and careful planning from volunteer and professional designers have resulted in the conceptual site plan shown in the images. We've already completed a native landscape barrier on the property’s north boundary, and a new, nautical-themed entry sign. The next projects on our beautification and amenities list are:

1) a new and wider beach crossover with an extra wide area to appraise the waves and watch rocket launches, and an adjacent 100 sq ft deck,

2) a new, park-quality shower, and

3) a winding, paver-stone pathway connecting parking, clubhouse, and beach. This will become the skeleton around which additional amenities will be developed.

Our fundraising goal is $65k, which will allow us to build the crossover and deck, new shower, and pathway. All of these funds would go to these improvements with no administrative costs. Project management and much of the labor involved is provided by volunteers within your neighborhood.

If you are a resident of Floridana beach, your generous contribution will result in wonderful amenities that your family will enjoy for decades.

If you are a property owner, your investment in community benefits will generate increases in property values many times greater than your contribution.

If you are a local real estate agent, your wise funding of Floridana Beach amenities will result in attractive selling points for your properties, and deliver greater commissions.

Please give $100, $500, $1000 or more to make these community improvements happen. Any amount helps, but reaching our goal sooner means that these amenities will come faster. We hope to have the crossover completed this year, and to have the shower and pathway completed in 2026.
