Florencia's Immigration Fund

Hello, I am the daughter of Florencia, Claudia. I am asking for funds to pay for an immigration lawyer. Florencia has resided in the US for 23 years with all of her family and her commmunity. Her only crime was working.

Florenica Hernandez is from Oaxaca, Mexico, residing in San Bernardino, CA. She was detained by ICE violently and cruelly while working for her living by selling oranges.

ICE agents engaged in extreme physical violence to the point that she has a broken bone. They humiliated her for her humble origins and insulated her repeatedly, showing their racism. They have committed multiple hate crimes towards her. She is currently in "Adelanto Processing Center."

Florencia has an underage son on the autism spectrum and by being seperated from his mother it has caused him extreme anxiety and desperation. She has a daughter (Claudia) attending university, and a son (Adan) that has given her two grandbabies. Florencia has been married for 10 years with her husband (Victor) that she met in this country.

Because we are low-income, we don't have the resources to contract a lawyer and be able to present her case to the court. Because she is being currently detained she cannot ask for help, and so I present myself to you and ask on her behalf.
