Floods in Punjab ( India and Pakistan)

The people of Punjab, known for their resilience and strength, are now struggling for basic necessities — clean water, food, shelter, and medical care.

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਬਾੜ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ, ਫਸਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਤੇ ਕਈ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਹੇਠ ਹਨ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੌਸਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਲਈ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਲੋਕ ਸਾਫ਼ ਪਾਣੀ, ਖਾਣ-ਪੀਣ, ਛੱਤ ਅਤੇ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਢਲੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
