Hue Vietnam Flood Relief for Homeless & Orphans

Central Vietnam is experiencing historical flooding and landslide with over 200" of rainfall.  Cứu trợ lũ lụt cho Miền Trung  - Huế và Quảng Trị .  The  Helen Foundation Circle of Love  have been supporting the Homeless and Orphanages for over 23 yrs. These orphanages and elderly shelters for the handicaps and homeless are in the remote villages in central Vietnam near Hue and Quang Tri. Not only they have been severely affected by financial hardship from COVID pandemic but is now being devastated by heavy flooding.
