Flint, MI - Holiday Needs Event 'Walk With Us'
The PTTOW! Social Just Task Force in collaboration with the Free Hugs Project, Flint Genesee County Sheriff’s Office, and local activist groups are joining forces to spread holiday cheer to people in need on Saturday, Dec. 12.
Sheriff Chris Swanson and Ken Nwadike Jr of the Free Hugs Project announced the “Walk With Us Christmas Spectacular” to help families in the Flint, Michigan area that may be struggling over the holidays during this pandemic.
We are seeking donations to help families in need with basic necessities for survival, such as utility bill assistance, and covering the cost of groceries and fuel. We will also be providing gift bags which include PPE products and gifts from a variety of sponsors.
Thanks for your support!
Hugs,
Ken
