At short notice, I've decided to turn The Flawed Hero Midnight Marathon into an IRONMAN, so I will be swimming 2.4 miles followed by 112 mile bike ride and finish with the Midnight Marathon on the 26th April, all finished before the start of the London Marathon the following morning.

The money raised for Pancreatic Cancer will go towards research to develop an early detection breathe test, this is much needed as for most people who get diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, it's too late!

The Flawed Hero movement is about Mental Health and has been set up to get people talking and checking in with each other and to build a community that cares about others.
