¡Hola! Soy Isabel Aya, estudiante de Psicología y apasionada por el impacto social.
Soy voluntaria en Keafa Daycare, un centro educativo en Arusha, Tanzania, donde trabajamos con 75 niños de entre 2 y 7 años. A pesar de las dificultades que enfrentan, estos niños son increíblemente agradecidos, alegres y tienen corazones llenos de esperanza. Sin embargo, muchos de ellos viven en condiciones muy precarias, y muchos no tienen acceso a una alimentación adecuada ni a una educación de calidad.
El espacio donde actualmente están es muy pequeño, y el gobierno ha intervenido para asegurar que el número de niños sea más adecuado al espacio. Por esta razón, estamos construyendo un nuevo daycare cercano, donde podamos dividir a los niños y ofrecerles el entorno que realmente merecen. Este nuevo espacio no solo dará a los niños de Keafa un lugar más amplio y seguro para aprender, sino que también ayudará a otros niños de una comunidad cercana que no tienen acceso a ningún tipo de educación infantil.
Estos niños, a pesar de todo lo que enfrentan, siguen mostrando una increíble alegría y amor por la vida. Merecen una educación de calidad, materiales adecuados y, sobre todo, una nutrición que les permita crecer saludables. Con tu ayuda, podremos construir este nuevo daycare y abrir sus puertas en enero para que todos los niños tengan la oportunidad de estudiar, aprender y crecer en un ambiente adecuado.

Hi! I’m Isabel Aya, a Psychology student passionate about social impact.
I’m a volunteer at Keafa Daycare, a preschool in Arusha, Tanzania, working with 75 children aged 2 to 7. Despite the challenges they face, these children are incredibly grateful, joyful, and have hearts full of hope. Many live in difficult conditions, with limited access to proper nutrition or quality education.
The space we currently have is too small, and due to government regulations, we need to split the children into two groups. For this reason, we’re building a new daycare nearby where we can provide these kids with the space and resources they truly deserve. This new daycare will not only give the children at Keafa a safe, spacious place to learn, but it will also support other children from a nearby community who currently have no access to preschool education.
These children, despite all they go through, show incredible joy and love for life. They deserve quality education, proper materials, and most importantly, nutrition that allows them to grow strong and healthy. With your help, we’ll be able to open the new daycare by January, giving all the children the opportunity to learn, thrive, and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.
