Fixing donated bikes for people who need transport

Providing transportation and joy to kids and adults who need a bike. We started this project in 2023 and got tremendous support for both donated bikes as well as people needing bikes.
The out of pocket expense is a little high as each bike going out comes with:
1) basic tune up
2) new helmet
3) u-lock or cable lock
4 a basic light on request
We occasionally have to put new tires and tubes or replace a torn seat or grips.
The goal in 2024 is 150 bikes.
