Fix a car and fix some hearts

I don’t know what to say or how to start this, but I'd just like to start by introducing my grandparents, Carla and Jimmy. They have always been the rock and glue to our family and mean a lot to everyone. Recently, Jimmy fell ill due to stomach pains, and in the process of finding the issue, they found a tumor on his kidney. It turned out the stomach issues were cancer as well, and upon trying to surgically remove it, it turns out it’s way worse than they could have imagined, and it had made its way to the pancreas. The next plan is to start chemo.

Currently, their car is down and needs a new engine, they are also on a fixed income and can not afford to fix it themselves, so I’m raising money to buy an engine and already have someone to install it. All extra funds will go to putting new tires on it and other small things that it needs, plus gas to get to appointments and any co-pays they have along the way with doctor visits and more. Every penny earned will go directly to fixing the car and dealing with this cancer head-on and in good spirits, as my Pawpaw has always had. They’ve never been ones to ask for help and always helped anyone in need, even when they didn’t have it themselves. That’s why I am here asking for them, to help make this journey a little easier and bring up his spirit and strength a little more, knowing there are people willing to help.

With that being said, I ask if there’s any way you could help, including prayers and love, please do. My only goal is to aid them in any way, and being without a reliable car is one of the biggest struggles that is within my power to help with.
