Five for Nepal

Lets make it 5$ only if possible.

Hi, I am Sanjeev Tamang, a patriotic Nepali like you.I am currently living and working here in Brisbane Australia.

By choice or by obligation, we all are living abroad, far from the place which we still call our home, where our memories reside and where are loved ones are still living and suffering.

It hurts us from inside everytime we read about Nepal but what hits hard is knowing the fact that

we are not able to do anything for our country. Our voices don't reach there and even if it did

it is never heard. Lots of campaigns, events, fund-raising programs are organised, but we never get

to know everything in detail and there is never a transparency. So, I am initiating this new

campaign called Five for Nepal, whose sole purpose will be to collect only 5$ from people living abroad,

and use the amount for better purposes in Nepal. 5$ is not a big amount, but as drops create ocean, 5$ from

each of us will make huge difference if we all come together. This 5$ will be a monthly donation and you will

have to do it manually upon your wish. So, there is no such thing like direct debit or obligation to continue.

My initial plan is to utilise the amount to help all the injured people during the Genz protest and support the family who have lost their children. I know money can't heal the wound that has been left in their heart and family, and no words can justify the pain they all are going through, but this is something least we can do from our end.

This will be totally transparent campaign, and I will be publishing the collection amounts with detailed transation details and every transactions to Nepal and further utilisation of the money will be published through facebook page or some social media platforms.
