Fishbourne Scarecrow Trail 2024

We are super proud to be running the Fishbourne Scarecrow Trail again this year and fundraising jointly for Fishbourne School and the Sussex Snowdrop Trust. Please put the date in your diaries for October half term (Monday 28th October until Sunday 3rd November). 

This year the theme will be 'Children's Book Characters' and the good people of Fishbourne have pledged over 60 scarecrows...this promises to be another great year of scarecrow trail fun!

We are fundraising jointly for Fishbourne School and the Sussex Snowdrop Trust- an amazing local charity who provide ‘Nursing Care at Home’ for local children who have a life-threatening or terminal illness. All funds raised will be split equally between the two charities.

We have been donated some great prizes for our hampers courtesy of our brilliant local Fishbourne businesses. These will be awarded for 'Kids' Favourite scarecrow', 'Grown-ups' favourite scarecrow' and to entrants for 'Most correct answers' and a 'Lucky Pick'. 

So save the date, we would love to see you there for this fun, community half-term activity for all the family...and help us raise money for these two brilliant causes at the same time. 

You can support our fundraising by buying trail maps (£5 each) available from various Fishbourne Businesses: Barreg Cycles, The Woolpack Inn, The Bulls Head and the Fishbourne Centre from the week before; donating via QR code on the posters with each scarecrow or making a donation here. We would be so grateful for your pledges, big or small.
