I ended up pursuing a BA and MA in Government from Harvard University through the Extension School because I can do the majority of my courses online while I run our little farm from NC. With my scholarship and discount for working in non-profit it actually costs less than UNCC or Appalachian State.

Until I am through the first few classes I do not qualify for federal loans, this is just the way the program is structured. I have applied for every other type of funding and grant I might qualify for with no success. I need to raise 3,000 by Aug 11th for this year (Fall2025-Spring2026) to cover until I qualify for fedloans. I am not seeking to profit or raise beyond this amount. Any amount raised over 3,000 will be donated to World Central Kitchen and I will provide receipts.
