First Step is a charity that is committed to helping create a world in which survivors can talk freely about abuse without fear, pressure or judgement; a place where male survivors, alongside secondary survivors and supporters, can readily access the help they need, including therapeutic services, practical advice and support to meet their daily living needs. This help is accessible, kind, safe, free, confidential, and based on acceptance. As a result, survivors can have a sense of hope and opportunity for their futures.
