First Christmas: Fighting For Families

Somewhere in Massachusetts right now, a child is in a hospital bed fighting cancer. Their parents are stretched to the breaking point emotionally, physically, and financially. The holidays are coming, and the weight of it all can feel almost unbearable.

First Christmas: Fighting For Families exists for those families.

Every year, Elevating ETE's Mission Corp works with hospital care teams, family support organizations, and community partners connected to children battling cancer to identify families who need extra support during the holiday season. We collect each family member's wish list, including the child fighting cancer, their siblings, and their parents. Then, our team shops for every item on every list and delivers Christmas directly to their door.

Gifts. Love. Community. A reminder that they are not alone.

This is our third year, and in 2026, we are dedicating First Christmas entirely to families of children battling cancer. We're aiming to reach 5 to 25 families and serve up to 150 individuals, depending on the generosity of our supporters. Every donation helps us reach more families and bring more joy to their holidays.

$500 helps provide one complete family's Christmas wish list.

$1,000 helps provide Christmas for two families.

$2,500 helps bring holiday joy to five families.

$5,000+ provides major sponsorship support to help fund the campaign and expand its impact.
