Firefighter Swansea Central - Mumbles Pier Walk Fundraiser

We are the current Wholetime recruits for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (Squad 02/25). We will be walking from Swansea Central Fire Station to Mumbles Pier (10km) together in full firefighter kit and each wearing a breathing apparatus (BA) kit on our back (approx. 15kg).

We aim to raise as much money as possible to donate to the Firefighter's charity which helps injured firefighters and their families rehabilitate. The everyday heroes of the UK fire and rescue community face traumatic life and death situations. The Fire Fighters Charity is here to support them whether injured, ill or in need of psychological support.

We will be doing this on Sunday 17th August 2025. Meeting at Swansea Central Fire Station at 9:30am and starting the walk at 10am. Any help on the day would be appreciated where donation buckets will be at hand! Any donation will help make an impact.
