Baby Emma was born on Sep 26th the happiest day of Emmanuel's  life!

The following day baby Emma's Mother Pame Hernandez had some complications and suffered 3 heart attacks.  She was rushed to emergency surgery and was induced into a coma. Pame never  got the chance to hold Baby Emma and   passed  away the next day on September 29th, 2019 at 10:57am. 


Emmanuel Montoya-Mondragon is a Member of the Philadelphia Fire Department currently stationed at Ladder 9. He would go out of his way to help someone in the time of need; has a heart of gold. Any proceeds will help.
