Together we are in a national emergency. We have been working diligently to make the best decisions during this time of unprecedented uncertainty. The ethos at the heart of our business is making people happy, and that makes this decision all the more difficult for us.
In response to the increasing risk of COVID-19 and in the interest of protecting the health and safety of our guests, our employees, and the community, we have temporarily suspended service at Fiola. We hope that this will be a temporary closure, and we look forward to working with all of you to rebuild businesses and communities that are being affected by this crisis.
Given the impact to the livelihood of our employees as a result of the closures, we are working on establishing a relief fund for those who are now facing a drastic financial situation.
We are so thankful that many of you understand this situation and want to help, so in response to the generous requests from our loyal regulars, we have set up this page so that you can send your donations to those employees seeking assistance.
We thank you for all your support - past, present, and future. We encourage everyone to be safe, and to take all precautions recommended by public health officials. We look forward to serving you in our restaurants again soon and to rebuilding our lives and our restaurants stronger than ever.
