Hello, my name is Amber Bennett and I making this fundraiser on behalf of my younger sister Ashleigh and daughter Kyleiah. On September 8 2021 my sisters life changed forever. At 2:20pm my sisters fiancé Rashaad was shot multiple times in Jamaica plain while he was sitting in her car outside of her house. He tried to run for help when he collapsed across the street all this took place in front my pregnant sister who held his hand while waiting for medics to arrive. Rushed to the hospital where he was later pronounced This was NO random act of violence, Rashaad was targeted. We are looking for donations to help support his 7month pregnant fiancé & 10 year old step daughter. At this time Ashleigh is left to raise her son alone due to this disturbing act of violence. any memorial tributes that are made in the form of a contribution will be used for the upbringing of his unborn son & stepdaughter along easing some of the financial stress from Ashleigh. Funds will also be put towards a new vehicle for Ashleigh and the children considering it was totaled during this horrible situation and also moving expenses to help them move to a safer home.
