Find a cure for Mighty Max

Hi everyone, my name is Karyn and I’m fundraising for little Max Johnson and his family.

As a lot of you already know the story about Max, He was diagnosed with a rare ependymoma tumour on his brain at the tiny age of 10months old and since then the tumour has returned multiple times! He has had 4 tumours removed in the 4 little years of his life. He battles and fights every day and still always making the effort for smiles and hugs which is why he is known as ‘Mighty Max’. He is faced with every obstacle on the way and his strength blows people away. His amazingly strong and determined parents Keira and Tony need help to get Max the medicine and treatments they may need incase of the event of having to take him abroad as other countries offer much more advanced targeted treatments for these types of tumours.

So to help raise money for Max’s family I am shaving the back of my head live on 11th December to symbolise the scars Max has on his head from his surgeries.

Also I am organising a Christmas rafle with loads of great prizes and vouchers from local businesses who are so kindly donating towards the cause.
