Final Resting Place for Tucson's Unidentified

This cause is for a small graveyard for the unidentified/unclaimed deceased in Pima County.

My wife and I lost a baby this year. It is the second baby we lost, and we didn't want their remains disposed of. Bless the staff at TMC for letting us bring Greer home. We live on 4 acres and wanted to inter our baby on our land, properly.

As the zoning process was moving along, we realized we had an opportunity to offer a final resting place for the unidentified or unclaimed people often found in the desert or on the streets of Tucson. This GoFundMe is for the clearing of land, proper fencing, any zoning or permit fees, and marking of graves, NOT for any time or energy we spend. ANY extra will be made available for families that cannot afford a resting place for their loved ones. If you cannot give, then please pray for this endeavor, as there are so many unidentified deceased that the county ran out of space and has begun spreading the ashes at the base of Mt. Lemmon. This is against Catholic practices in an area with a very high Catholic population. Regardless of someone's faith, they should have a resting place. Please help us offer a proper resting place where they may be honored and prayed for.
