Help provide food to these families and the families traveling hundreds of miles through the thin air of the Andes on foot with little to no food.

Though Peru is one of the countries praised for their quick and strict response to COVID-19, there is currently a strong crisis. Due to the economic shutdown in Peru, many indigenous families working in Lima are being forced to return their villages, hundreds of miles away, by foot because they have lost their jobs. They have little to no food during this treacherous journey through the Andes to their homes.

We're helping by distributing food to these families in lima and the "caminantes" (walkers). Please donate to our campaign so that we are able to increase the amount of food we are providing. Help them go home. Help us to #FillTheBasket.
