Fighting to Bring Dad Home: A Family of 6 Needs You

My husband and I went together on September 16, 2025, to his immigration appointment for his adjustment of status. He is a hardworking young man, devoted to his family and committed to building a just and stable life for all of us. Since the beginning of his immigration journey, we have followed every step with care and hope.
We are a family of six, and he is our only source of income. We urgently need help to cover legal expenses and possible fines before his court hearing on December 6,2025.

To put this into context:

2021: My husband applied for and received a work visa, showing his responsibility and commitment to both his job and our family.
2022 – 2023: He continued working tirelessly, strengthening his status and building our life in this country.
June 2023: We got married, and shortly after, we submitted the adjustment of status application with the help of a consultant.
August 2023: He completed fingerprinting and his medical exam as part of the process.
November 2023: He received a 5-year work permit, a moment of great hope for our family.
August 2025: We were notified that he had to attend his adjustment of status appointment.
September 16, 2025: The adjustment of status appointment… and his detention.
That day, the immigration officer explained that the I-485 form required further review and that we needed to submit additional documentation to continue the process. However, at that very moment, we received the most devastating and unjust news: ICE agents intervened and took my husband into custody. It was a crushing blow because we have followed the process step by step, working honestly and complying with every requirement asked of us.
Now we face a race against time: his court hearing is scheduled for October 7, 2025. We urgently need an experienced attorney to represent him, as well as support to cover the high legal costs and potential fines.
We are a family of six people: my four children, my husband, and me. He is our only provider, and his absence has left us not only with an immense emotional void but also in a very vulnerable financial situation.
The funds raised will go toward:
Immigration attorney fees
Payment of possible fines and legal procedures
Basic support for our children during this process

We are going through one of the hardest trials of our lives, and we need your solidarity. Every donation, big or small, will be one step closer to my husband’s freedom and the stability of our family.
